Confirming Your Place

When you get your results, you should log into your UCAS account to ensure that they have been received by us and that your place has been confirmed.

If your place is not showing as confirmed, then you should contact us and arrange to have your results set to us.

You should also make sure that your contact details are up to date on UCAS in case we need to contact you.

If you didn’t get the results that you had hoped for, then simply call us. We may still be able to fit you in, if not on your chosen course, then maybe on an alternative course.

If we can make you a new offer, we will let you know and make a new offer to you via UCAS. You will then need to reply to your new offer on your UCAS account, but you will only have a few days to accept the new offer.

After all that, you will be sent a letter via your UCAS account shortly after your place is confirmed.
