Roisin Baxandall

Graduate Profile – Roisin Baxandall, Video Editor

Just two years after graduating from our BA (Hons) Post Production for Film & TV degree course, Roisin Baxandall has chalked up the remarkable achievement of a NATAS Sport Emmy Award nomination. Roisin, who now works as a full time Video Editor at Red Bull in Salzburg, was nominated, along with two of her colleagues who worked with her on the piece, in the Outstanding Editing – Long Form category.

Right from the start, Roisin didn’t waste any time and picked up her first IMDB credits as an Assistant Editor while she was still a student at Futureworks. They were for two feature films, Bonded By Blood 2 and Age of Kill, working with fellow high-achieving alumni Andrew McKee.

After graduating in 2017, she joined ID2 Media as a Motion Graphics Artist and started working with Red Bull at the start of 2018 as a Live Content Intern, before being promoted to Video Editor later in the year.

Roisin’s career has certainly got off to a flying start and we wish her all the best for the future.
