Opening hours vary throughout the academic year, but office hours are general 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
Visitors are required to sign in and out at reception on arrival. If you are working with one of our students you must be met by the student at reception and escorted by them to whichever area of the building you are working in.
Our building is wheelchair friendly and we have lift access to all floors. There is also stair access if you prefer not to use the lifts.

Parking
The car parks listed below are all within walking distance to Futureworks. Parking charges vary so please check before parking:
- Browncross Street
- Spaw Street Arches
- Chapel Wharf
- Bridge Street
- King Street West
There are also several parking bays around the building. Please see individual parking meters for charges and conditions.
If you are cycling to us there are bike racks outside the People’s History Museum opposite the Futureworks building and also on Browncross street, opposite Browncross Street outdoor NCP – the post code is M60 9HP. Please note that you leave your bike at your own risk and Futureworks takes no responsibility for any bikes stored off the premises.
