Applying for a diploma or foundation course
To apply for one of our diploma or foundation courses, you will need to complete and return a Futureworks application form. Once we’ve received your form we’ll be in touch to arrange an interview – depending on which course you have applied for, you may need to bring examples of work you have done with you.

The courses you can use a Futureworks Application Form to apply for are:-
- Diploma in Audio Engineering and Production
- Diploma in TV & Film Production
- Foundation in Game Art
- Diploma in 3D Modelling and Animation
Once we have your application form you’ll normally be invited to come in for an informal interview, where a member of the course team which will help you determine if this is the right course for you. We will write to you following your interview – if you have been successful your offer will either be unconditional or conditional. You offer may require you to demonstrate that you will be able to pay your tuition fees.
Funding a diploma or foundation course at Futureworks is different from funding for degree courses, and students are required to find their own funding – for this reason we offer a number of payment plans via Direct Debit. Accepting an offerIf you’ve been made an offer of a place on a Diploma or Foundation course which you wish to accept, a non-refundable registration fee of £100.00 will need to be paid to confirm your place. Details of how to pay your registration fee will be included in your offer letter.
